CHAD & FALLON ERICKSON MARYVILLE, TENNESSEE

THE PEOPLE BEHIND MOVEMENT

Meet Chad &
Fallon Erickson.

Years of serving people. Practical tools for leading them.

Chad and Fallon are certified Real Colors facilitators, and Chad also holds Maxwell Leadership certification.

For nearly three decades, Chad and Fallon Erickson have served together on the pastoral team at First Apostolic Church of Maryville, Tennessee. Their work brings together church leadership, music, discipleship, and the everyday responsibility of helping people serve well.

Chad is an author, speaker, and Church Growth Director for ALJC Missions America. His books, including Systems and Processes for the Local Church, This Book Is for You, and The Pathway Home, address practical needs in ministry: developing disciples, supporting restoration, and turning a shared vision into clear responsibilities and repeatable practices.

Fallon is a music director, educator, songwriter, and arranger. Through resources such as Transitions and Learning to Play by Ear, she helps church musicians develop their skills and understand their role in a worship service. Her teaching also extends to rehearsals, team development, and preparing the next generation of ministry leaders.

Through Movement Leadership Solutions, they bring that experience into books, workshops, and practical resources for churches and organizations. Their focus is helping people understand one another, communicate clearly, and put useful ideas into practice.

Chad and Fallon make their home in Maryville and are the parents of three daughters: Paris, Windsor, and London.

More about their education and creative work

Chad studied vocal music education at the University of North Carolina Greensboro and Indiana Bible College. Fallon studied leadership at Bethel University.

Their workshop teaching includes choir development, music department systems, rehearsals, and church recording. Their songwriting and arranging work is available through Apostolic Collective.
