A SHARED LANGUAGE. A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.

Same situation. Four ways of seeing it.

THE SITUATION

Your team’s plans change at the last minute.

Choose a perspective. Notice what it brings.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE QUESTION

A stronger team makes room for all four perspectives.

Everyone brings a combination of all four colors. These original examples introduce the conversation; your personal spectrum is explored in the facilitated workshop.

THE WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE

More than discovering your color.

  1. Step 01

    Discover your spectrum

Explore your individual blend through the Real Colors instrument and guided conversation.

  2. Step 02

    Recognize other perspectives

Notice the different strengths and needs people bring to the same situation.

  3. Step 03

    Practice communication

Explore how to listen, ask questions, and communicate across those differences.

  4. Step 04

    Apply it to your team

Connect the shared language to your team’s real conversations and responsibilities.

Real Colors was a life changing tool for our church. The personal evaluation has proven to be a valuable resource in successful team building and healthy interactions. Not only was this workshop informative, it was also fun. I don't know of any other training that has the potential to impact like Real Colors.

BEFORE WE GET TOGETHER

A few practical questions.

Is this a fit for our team?

Movement works with churches, schools, businesses, and other organizations. Share who is on your team and the conversations you want to improve so Chad and Fallon can discuss the right approach with you.

How do we explore our personal spectrum?

A certified facilitator guides you through the official Real Colors instrument in the workshop. The example on this page is an introduction, not an assessment or a personal color result.

What format will our workshop take?

Format, duration, materials, and pricing are discussed for your group. Chad and Fallon will confirm these details with you as you plan.

What should we include in a request?

Share your group size, location, goals, and preferred dates. The planner prepares an email draft for you to review and send. A request starts the conversation; dates and arrangements are confirmed directly with Movement.

Help your team understand one another.

Tell us about your people, your goals, and the conversations you want to improve.
